June 2024 – 7th Annual Golf Classic

IIBEC New England was happy to host our 7th Annual Golf Classic with over 100 golfers to fundraise for several charities.

April 2024 – Parking Garage: Playing Your Cards Right Webinar

Allison O’Neil, P.E., the President of the Structural Engineering Group at Gale Associates, provided an insightful presentation on common parking garage structural systems, their opponents, the impact of investing in maintenance, and prioritizing repairs and defects to maximize effectiveness.

March 2024 – IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show

Several members of our Chapter Board attended the IIBEC International Convention and Trade Show in Phoenix, AZ and accepted the  Gold Ranking for the 2023 Outstanding Chapter Awards.

January 2024 – FM Global/FM Approvals Seminar

Phil Smith, Vice President and Manager of the Materials Group of FM Apprvoals, provided an engaging presentation on the FM Global and FM Approvals processes, followed by a manufacturer roundtable discussion on topics such as materials testing, the latest focus areas, challenges, and more.
